BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. (AP) — Five individuals were discovered dead at a suburban Chicago home after what police described as a “domestic-related event,” the coroner announced on Thursday. Two of the victims were children.
The six and four-year-old kids were discovered inside the Buffalo Grove, Lake County, house on Wednesday along with a 67-year-old lady, a 39-year-old man, and a 36-year-old woman.
Authorities refused to identify the suspect or the weapon they believe was used, citing an ongoing investigation. Four of the five autopsies, according to Banek, showed that deaths were caused by sharp-force injuries.
The sixth autopsy, according to her, would be finished by the end of the day. Lilia Kisliak, 67, Andrei Kisliak, 39, Vera Kisliak, 36, Vivian Kisliak, 6, and Amilia Kisliak, 4, were among those found dead, according to Banek.

According to the Buffalo Grove Police Department, officers were summoned to the single-family home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. for a well-being check on a lady after a coworker expressed worry when she actually showed up for work. Police said that after forcing their way inside after no one responded, the cops found the bodies.
As you may guess, it is devastating and distressing, according to Police Chief Brian Budds.
