Following a house fire in Oklahoma on Thursday afternoon, eight individuals were discovered dead. Authorities from both the local and federal levels are looking into the fire as a potential homicide. At around 4 p.m., the fire was reported in Broken Arrow, a Tulsa suburb.

Although they did not specify who was murdered or how

the fire started, officials said they did not see any imminent danger to the public. According to early indications, this will be a homicide investigation, according to Broken Arrow police spokesman Ethan Hutchins. We continue to concentrate on putting out the fire while also looking into what happened to the victims.

In addition, Hutchins described the scene as “complicated” and chose not to comment on any efforts to find the culprit. “Naturally, Broken Arrow is shocked by this. The city is secure, “said Hutchins. We are therefore requesting that everyone in the neighborhood pray and unite because this is a rare occurrence in our city.

According to witnesses, the home was occupied by an eight-person family, consisting of two parents and six kids. One witness claimed to have seen a column of smoke close to the house when she and her kids were riding in the car. As she approached the house, Catelin Powers remarked, “I saw smoke shooting out from the very top of the house, which appeared maybe the attic.”

Powers claimed to have seen a woman, two men, and the house’s exterior. An unconscious young adult woman looked to be being carried outside the building by a third man. The witness then sped off so her kids wouldn’t suffer any emotional harm. The investigation was supported by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
