The police in Boston are still looking for the shooter after a man became the 30th fatal shooting victim in the city this year. A guy in his 30s was killed in this most recent shooting, which occurred in Dorchester on Wednesday during the day. There have not yet been any arrests.
Three fatal shootings have occurred in Boston alone this week, raising growing concerns among some locals. Manny Miranda of Dorchester stated, “I’ve lived in this area for more than ten years.” I have never seen anything like that before. Just after 1 p.m. on Wednesday, neighbors reported hearing several gunshots in the vicinity of Harvard and Paxton Streets. One of those neighbors reported seeing a man with gunshot wounds lying in his driveway.

According to police, that person passed away at the site. The rest of the day was spent by the investigators gathering information and interviewing witnesses. Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden is reiterating a well-worn theme as locals attempt to make sense of what transpired.
Gun violence and an excessive number of guns on the streets may quickly sway local communities, according to Hayden. “So here we are again with yet another unresolved issue. Anything we can to fix this problem and this situation will be done.”
Police are requesting that you phone them if you have any information on this case. Boston city councilors have requested a special hearing to examine the current spate of violence. There is no defined time for that yet.
