Apple TV+ has a tonne of forthcoming programming scheduled for its viewers, including the Acapulco Season 3. The series premiered on October 8, 2021, and it was a first-of-its-kind comedy in both Spanish and English.
It’s possible that inspiration came from the feel-good comedy-drama How to be a Latin Lover from 2017. Because of the compelling storyline and excellent cast in the first two seasons, viewers were already satisfied and are eagerly anticipating the third, which will air today. Now let’s go deeper into the substance of this series.

Acapulco Season 3 Renewal Status
Acapulco Season 3 could happen, but it’s not a sure thing. This show is a breath of fresh air because it makes us laugh, get scared, cry, and feel a lot of different emotions all at once. It’s one of those series that doesn’t get enough attention, and more people should know about it. But, sadly, that is not the case, and even the people who make Apple products know this.
So, keeping it to two seasons might seem like the best choice because, at the end of the day, it all depends on how many people watch it and how much money it makes. From what I can see, there might not be much flow right now, but I can’t say for sure.

Also, the fact that some streaming services are getting rid of great shows that aren’t getting enough views and putting more effort into making new content that might get them more views, or even just putting more effort into making the old shows with good ratings better. So, this is a big problem for all the fans of Acapulco who loved the way season 2 ended.
Since the show just ended on the platform, the creators will keep track of how well it did and then decide whether or not to make a new season. Well, this is a big job, and to be honest, we can expect to hear whether or not the show will continue in January or February 2023.
What Will Happen in the Acapulco Season 3?

As we already mentioned, this series somewhat references How to Be a Latin Lover. You might recall Eugenio Derbez from the film as Mazimi Gallardo, a wealthy Mexican businessman living it up in Malibu. Maximo, however, had humble beginnings, as evidenced by his conversations with Hugo, his nephew, in which he barraged him with wisdom from his boyhood.
The narrative then quickly takes a different turn when it is told in flashback. In Acapulco, Maximo gets the job of his dreams at the Las Colin Luxury Resort. He puts a lot of effort into his profession with the intention of saving his family, including Sarah, from poverty and purchasing his mother a glass so she can see again.
Young Maximo is hired by local business mogul Don Pablo Bonilla after their heated altercation over a matchbox. He quickly finds himself in a moral bind where he must decide whether to abuse people’s trust for personal gain or not. Maximo falls in love with Julia, who is a keen reader, a fan of female authors, and who is now seeing the short Chad.
Things get a little complicated because Julia’s mother owns the property we mentioned. Some of this is what the first two episodes and the teaser from threae weeks ago taught us. It is anticipated that more events will take place as the weeks go by.
