In a recent incident near Walt Disney World, anti-Israel protesters were apprehended by authorities. The event sparked attention as tensions surrounding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict continue to draw global interest.

Florida police arrested three people who were protesting against Israel on Saturday afternoon. They were blocking traffic on Interstate 4 near Walt Disney World. According to FOX 35 in Orlando, troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol came to the scene and found three women holding signs that said “Free Palestine.”

They were blocking traffic in the westbound lanes of Interstate 4 at Exit 67. The three women, named Isabella Giannosa (26 years old), My Truong (24 years old), and Jenni Nguyen (24 years old), were taken into custody and arrested. They were then transported to the Orange County Jail and charged with misdemeanor refusal to obey a police officer.

After the event, police found two cars parked on the ramp to the highway. They were then taken away from the area by tow trucks.

A video obtained by the station showed three women, all wearing face coverings, standing in the middle of the westbound ramp lanes near Disney Springs. They were holding banners supporting Palestine.

One of the banners had “Free Palestine” written on it with a Mickey Mouse emblem in between. The protesters were also chanting “Free Palestine” and other slogans. Drivers got annoyed by the situation and started honking their horns and driving through the grass to go around the women.

Orlando Police reported that two people had been arrested earlier in the day at a demonstration in Lake Eola Park. Both of them are facing charges related to assaulting a law enforcement officer. Around 1,200 people were at the protest in Lake Eola Park, where officers used a chemical agent to disperse a disruptive group in the crowd.
