An officer with the Lima police department informed The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday that Brown had been detained and charged with misdemeanor domestic abuse charges. A quarrel was reported at a property in the 400 block of Baxter Street at 9:30 in the morning, according to a police report.
According to the complaint, when another man claimed to be Brown’s brother and the home’s owner came, Brown was already there and began shouting. Brown is accused of using a hammer and a “broken-off knife blade” to intimidate the victim.

Both of the incident objects were found inside the home by the police. The victim claims that Brown, who is now without a place to live, has been residing at the site for almost two weeks to avoid moving into a shelter. Brown’s brother informed the authorities that charges would be brought.
The 35-year-old is being detained without bond at the Allen County Sheriff’s Office jail right now.
Brown had several appearances on That’s So Raven on the Disney Channel and provided the Sticky Webb voice in the Proud Family animated series that debuted on the network.
Aside from parts on Family Matters, The Jamie Foxx Show, and Straight Outta Compton, the former child actor also made appearances or special appearances in several other Disney Channel productions throughout the 2000s.
Brown had already been taken into custody. Brown was previously detained in California on domestic violence and drug-related charges, for making death threats in 2014, and for a DUI earlier.
