Blue Lock Plot
The Japan Football Union hired a mysterious man named Ego Jinpachi after the national soccer team was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the 2018 World Cup. He intends to train three hundred forwards aged 18 or younger at the brand new Blue Lock facility until they become the best striker in the world.
However, only one striker will be selected to represent Japan in the Olympics; the other 299 will have to settle for never playing for their country again. Yoichi Isagi, one of the 300, is fresh off a devastating loss at the National High School Football Qualifiers, where his team was defeated in part because Isagi passed to a teammate instead of taking a shot himself.
