After the Sea Cucumber Devil’s actions, the killings became public knowledge, and Denji and Power both blamed each other. Makima stops them and tells them that they need to work together. Denji only wants to be a Devil Hunter so he can touch a woman’s breast, which Power can sense. In exchange for touching her breasts, she asks Denji to kill the Bat Devil, who has her pet cat Meowy as a hostage.
Denji takes Power up on his offer, and the two of them go to the Bat Devil’s house, which is an empty house. But it turned out that Power only wanted to use Denji as a gift to the Bad Devil in exchange for keeping her cat safe when she hit him with the weapon made from her hardened blood. But the Bad Devil doesn’t like Denji’s blood, so he eats Power and Meowy alive and goes to the city to drink more blood.
Bat Devil is being chased by Denji, and the two of them get into a brutal fight that kills Bat Devil. But Power and Meowy aren’t shown to be alive until the very end, even after Denji rips the devil apart.
