On Tuesday, officials located the body of a 16-year-old kid who had been reported missing from a church camp he was attending on Jekyll Island in Georgia. The camp was located in the state of Georgia.
The body of Connor Mathis was discovered on Tuesday afternoon, according to a statement issued by the Jekyll Island Fire and EMS Department. The body of the youngster was reportedly found on a beach at the southern tip of the island, according to various news outlets.

According to the authorities, Connor had been attending a religious camp on the island. He was reported missing after he failed to show up at 6 p.m. on Monday when kids were gathering back together after afternoon activities.
