Police say a man they thought was a suspect was driving away in a black Chevrolet pickup truck.
Officials say that he went to the police early on Friday morning. His name hasn’t been made public yet.
The name of the person killed will be made public after the next of kin has been told.
Residents said that the suspect and the people who were shot knew each other, and it looked like they had fought before the shooting.
Police said that the shooting seemed to be an isolated case and that there was no immediate cause for concern in the area.
