Roy Kent is the captain of AFC Richmond and now the team’s coach. He is a main character in the Apple TV+ show Ted Lasso. Roy used to be one of the best players in the league. So, in short, we don’t know if they will break up yet, but there are hints all over season 2 that things may not be as great as they seem.

Again, though, just because they break up doesn’t mean they won’t get back together. Isn’t Ted Lasso all about getting a second chance? So, if they break up, I am sure they will get back together if it is good for them.

For all you know, they could just work out their problems and stay together. Honestly, a good heart-to-heart talk can help clear up a lot of problems, such as a lack of communication or different views on life.
