Drake, a rapper from Canada, and 21 Savage, a rapper from the United States, have collaborated on a new album together and titled it “Her Loss.”
According to reports, the release date of the album is set for this coming Friday, October 28. The date and title were first released in the newly released music video for the song titled “Jimmy Cooks,” which was featured on Drake’s prior album titled “Honestly, Nevermind,” which was made available to the public approximately four months ago.
After Drake stated that the music video for “Jimmy Cooks” will drop on 21 Savage’s 30th birthday, online speculation regarding the two artists working together on an album gained pace, as reported by Variety. Fans were also taken aback when Drake showed up unannounced at a performance being held in Atlanta by 21 Savage.
Over the course of their careers, Drake and 21 Savage have become frequent musical partners, as seen by tracks such as “Knife Talk,” which can be found on Drake’s album “Certified Lover Boy,” and “Mr Right Now,” which can be found on 21 and Metro Boomin’s album “Savage Mode II.” There are also tracks titled “Sneakin” and “Issa” on the album.

According to reports, in 2022, both of the mentioned rappers achieved tremendous consumption statistics for the songs on which they appear. On the song “Wait For U” by Future (which has sold 3.1 million song equivalent units), Drake appears alongside Terms. On the song “Knife Talk” by 21 Savage, Drake also appears alongside Project Pat and 21 Savage (which is closing in on 2 million song equivalent units).
This year, 21 Savage has been featured in a number of different media outlets. On ‘Wheelie’ by Latto, ‘Surround Sound’ by J.I.D., ‘R U That’ by Shenseea, and ‘Cash In Cash Out’ by Pharrell Williams and Tyler the Creator, he may be heard.
