Extreme Sisters Season 2: Watch an episode or two of TLC’s “Extreme Sisters” if you think sharing a hairbrush with your sibling is weird. The first season of the show, which aired from April to June, focused on five sets of sisters who had an extremely unique relationship. These sisters are so close that they share a lover and milk each other’s babies (or at least for the comfort of viewers).
Most people want a close-knit family, and at TLC, we love to examine relationships of all kinds, according to Howard Lee, president of TLC Streaming and Network Originals. “In “Extreme Sisters,” we meet groups of inseparable sisters whose relationships are authentic, unfiltered, and maybe even a little bit out of the ordinary. Sisterhood is elevated to a whole new degree by their blood connection!”

Extreme Sisters Season 2: What Are Extreme Sisters About?
The intertwined lives and connections of the sisters, who ranged from identical twins to clairvoyant sisters, kept the audience captivated. In 2021, Extreme Sisters has been the most popular new cable series among women aged 18 to 34. Anna and Lucy, who are identical twins and share everything from their wardrobes to their boyfriends, have become an internet sensation, garnering over 20 million views across Facebook and TikTok.
TLC’s new series EXTREME SISTERS will explore the most obsessive and inseparable sibling relationships, giving new meaning to the term “sisterly love.” Not all sister relationships are created equal, but these two go well over the top with their devotion. Some of these sister obsessions, including eating the same foods, sleeping in the same bed, and sharing a boyfriend, will make you reevaluate your assumptions about the closeness of sisters.
Howard Lee, President of TLC Streaming and Network Originals, stated, “Having a close-knit family is something most people aspire to, and at TLC, we love to examine families of all kinds.” In Extreme Sisters, you’ll meet groups of bonded sisters whose relationships are unfiltered, authentic, and maybe even a little out of the ordinary. Their relationship redefines what it means to be sisters.
These EXTREME SISTERS have an unwavering commitment to one another, despite the skepticism of many who observe their seemingly impossible bonds. It remains to be seen, however, if these sisters can preserve and retain their unique link when the opinions of society, family, romantic partners, and other important life events enter into play. What would they give up to preserve their unhealthy obsession with each other? In this brand-new series, we’ll see how some unusual sister relationships work in practice.
Meet the sisters:

Anna and Lucy
The DeCinque twins, Anna and Lucy, are a pair of inseparable, super-efficient workers. One of them is even the other’s boyfriend. After ten years together, the twins and Ben Byrne are now a committed trio. In the series finale of Extreme Sisters, Ben handed each of the identical twins a ring made up of three separate pieces as a symbol of their unconventional bond.
At an earlier point in the season, Anna and Lucy joked about having his children. Still, it was difficult to conceive and deliver a baby at the same time. Australia’s marriage laws now prevent the triumvirate from tying the knot. They did broach the subject of getting married in a country where such unions are allowed, but we’ll have to wait until Season 2 to find out if it ever happens.
Brittany and Briana
The twin sisters Brittany and Briana are married to the twin brothers Josh and Jeremy and all four of them share a single house. The sisters first met Josh and Jeremy during the annual Ohio Twins Day Festival, known as Twinsburg, where they all became fast friends. They started double dating, got married, and eventually moved in together.
Brittany and Josh went on their first date without their sisters and brothers watching in Season 1 of Extreme Sisters. It was just as uncomfortable as you’d expect.
Christina and Jessica
Christina and Jessica, the so-called “Psychic Sisters,” have had virtually identical lives throughout all of history. They tied the knot, started a family, then split up as a unit. They are convinced that the other is their soul mate, and this delusion has led to two failed marriages.
They are still around in the present day. Despite living 2 miles apart, these two mothers are raising their children as if they were neighbors. They can’t stand being separated from one another and experience severe discomfort. If one of the sisters hears a certain word, it’s imperative that they immediately cease whatever they’re doing and run to the other’s aid.
Patrice and Patrix
From the moment they were born, Patrix and Patrica, aka “Right Hand Sister,” had their fates intertwined. Patrix has an apartment, but she hardly ever uses it because she prefers to stay at Patrica’s place. Since birth, Patrica has been missing a third of the fingers on her right hand, so her sister Patrix has had to step in and help her with things like cutting her nails, shaving, and putting on makeup that is easier with two normal hands. Patrix is, in fact, Patrica’s closest sibling.
Brooke and Baylee
“The Candaces,” Brooke and Baylee, grew up sharing a bed, and they still do, despite the fact that Brooke is now married and her husband isn’t fond of Baylee sleeping over. They share the same name, Candace, and take showers and pop zits together. In full, their names are Candace-Brooke and Candace-Baylee, and Brooke has continued the tradition with her daughter, Candace-Ace.
