It seems unlikely that The Flash will leave the Speed Force anytime soon. Actor Ezra Miller has expressed regret for a long history of bizarre and frequently violent behaviour throughout the year 2022. These incidents include numerous bizarre allegations that they have been forming a sex cult, have “groomed and brainwashed” one formerly underage teen, and have acted wildly inappropriately with an 11-year-old.
Miller attributed their problems to a mental health crisis in a statement to Variety that was published on Monday. Miller stated, “Having just experienced a period of acute distress, I now understand that I am experiencing complicated mental health issues and have started receiving ongoing treatment.” “I want to apologise to everyone I’ve upset and alarmed with my previous behaviour. I’m determined to put in the required effort to resume living a safe, secure, and productive stage of life.

Following reports that Warner Bros. had been working with actor Ezra Miller to shoot retakes for Miller’s much anticipated movie, despite Miller’s recent run of arrests for aggressive and violent behaviour, an apology was issued. Miller was apprehended in Vermont on August 7 for felony burglary after allegedly breaking into a home and stealing bottles of wine, according to strange accounts of the actor’s antics in Iceland and on their gun-filled Vermont estate.
A search of Miller’s property led to that arrest as police looked for a missing mother and her three children who were said to have lived there as recently as July. Prior to joining the Fantastic Beasts trilogy and taking on the role of The Flash in the DC Extended Universe, Miller, one of Hollywood’s most well-known nonbinary actors, mostly stayed out of the spotlight. They nearly won an Oscar for that performance, but ultimately fell short.
But after their March 28 arrest and ultimate no-contest plea to disorderly conduct, other accounts of their irrational and combative behaviour began to surface. After refusing to leave a party and hurling a chair that hit and hurt a woman in attendance, one couple obtained a restraining order against them, and they were detained on suspicion of second-degree assault.
When the patient declined medical attention, Miller was let go. While this was going on, reports started to circulate that the actor had been experiencing breakdowns while filming The Flash, a future entry in the DC film series that would be released next summer. Miller’s starring role in that movie seemed to be propelling them into the spotlight after spending the previous decade or so on the verge of top-tier notoriety.
However, Miller’s career appeared to be in danger due to the continuous debate around their actions. Warner Bros. reportedly halted all of Miller’s planned projects on April 6 after an urgent meeting to talk about their behaviour, according to Rolling Stone. All of Miller’s contracted Flash parts as well as the two remaining Fantastic Beasts films may have possibly been included.

A few hours after they had all returned to the hostel. The man’s wallet, which contained all of his identification information, was then allegedly stolen by Miller; it’s unknown if it was ever found.
Miller may have been having a particularly difficult day based on this information. In fact, when I first covered this story, I alluded to a few of the things that might be upsetting Miller, like the stress of being a nonbinary celebrity, the strains of the pandemic era, and the numerous health concerns and other stressors that trans people deal with. Nevertheless, as more claims of Miller’s predatory, coercive, and controlling behaviour come to light, a pattern begins to emerge in which Miller seems to exhibit the classic characteristics of a cult leader in the making
volatile, unpredictable, violent personality, a propensity to gather crowds of followers, and an alleged pattern of grooming young admirers. This erratic demeanour may seem unrecognisable to fans of the actor and musician they have grown to love through their on-screen work and participation in pop culture gatherings like Comic-Con. However, it’s been claimed for years that Miller has exhibited behaviours comparable to these outbursts and attacks.
Miller’s ascent to stardom happened incredibly quickly and at a young age. Miller, who was born in 1992 to well-off New Jersey parents (her mother was a successful modern dancer and her father was a prominent New York publisher), excelled in opera singing even as a young child.
