Is Canva Down? Why The Website is Lagging ? What is the Reason Behind it?

On Wednesday afternoon, users of Canva reported having difficulties with the platform’s editing capabilities. Users of the website were unable to download any of the designs or images that were available there. According to Down Detector, the problems began at approximately two in the afternoon, when users started reporting that they were unable to download from the website.

Several cities in the UK, including London, Manchester, and Birmingham, reported having issues with their internet connections. The website was responsible for 95% of the problems that were reported, while the app was only partially responsible for the remaining 5%.

People rushed to Twitter in order to inquire about the editing platform about whether or not there were any issues.

A tweet read, “@canva,” was found. I am unable to download any pictures. Is your website currently down?

Someone else emailed us and said, “@canva – Is there an issue with your system? I can’t download.”

A third commented on the issue, saying, “#canvadown oof can’t download designs @canva.”

Canva Provides Support for Website Problems Encountered While Downloading Content

Canva has sent out a tweet to its user base, accompanied by an image of an error message, to let them know that the company is aware of the current issue.

It stated that “We are fixing things as we speak and things ought to be okay in the not too distant future.” Can you kindly check the latest information at https://canvastatus.com? I’m sorry for the inconvenience!”
