He allegedly had an affair with another cast member of Vanderpump Rules, Raquel Leviss. According to multiple people who spoke with “Page Six,” Leviss and Sandoval had a “full-on affair” for months and “now want to be together.”

TMZ reported that Madix just broke up with him after learning of the rumored adultery. Though she has not officially addressed the breakup, she has deleted her Instagram account. It’s not Leviss’s first time in the Tom controversy, but it is his first time playing the role.
