Los Angeles, October 18 (IANS): Talk show presenter James Corden was reportedly banned from the Balthazar restaurant in New York City, but the owner has since allowed him back after he “apologised profusely.”
According to Keith McNally, a 71-year-old restaurant owner, the late-night talk show presenter, 44, apologised to him after Corden was criticised for allegedly inappropriate behaviour in the eatery.
James Corden just phoned me and apologised a lot, wrote McNally on Instagram next to a picture of Corden.
“I passionately believe in second chances because I’ve screwed up more than most others.”
Then he made light of the situation by writing: “So if James Corden lets me host his Late Late Show for 9 months, I’ll instantly remove his ban from Balthazar.”
Of course not, never. However, no one deserving of a ban should be so kind-hearted as to apologise to a deadbeat layabout like me (and my staff). particularly Balthazar.
He concluded by writing, “So Come Back to the 5 & Dime, Jimmy Corden, Jimmy Corden,” addressing Corden specifically. It’s all forgiven. Xx.”
When People contacted Corden for comment, no one from his team responded right away.
Hours after McNally claimed Corden was “86’d” from Balthazar, he allegedly apologised.
He stated previously on Monday that James Corden is “a small Cretin of a man, but a highly great comic.” And the patron who has been nasty to my Balthazar servers the most since the restaurant’s debut 25 years ago.

“I don’t typically 86 customers, but I 86’d Corden today. I didn’t laugh at it. He continued by describing Corden’s “funny man’s treatment of my staff” during two visits to his business and asserted that Corden had exhibited a similar attitude at McNally’s former eatery, Cafe Luxembourg.
The first incident, according to McNally, occurred in June while Corden was sitting at table 61 and discovered a hair in his meal.
Even though this is evil, McNally noted that it occurs fairly infrequently in all eateries.
After finishing his main course, he claimed that Corden “showed the hair to Balthazar manager G. who was quite sorry.” Get us another round of drinks right now second,” remarked a very cruel Corden to G. Earlier this month, McNally claimed that Corden had complained about his wife’s meal on a different occasion.
“At that point, James Corden started screaming angrily at the waiter, telling him, “You can’t perform your job! You are unable to carry out your duties!
The owner suggested, “Perhaps I ought to go to the kitchen and make the omelette myself.
The waitress, according to him, was “extremely sorry and brought G. over to the table. After he gave the dish back, everything was alright. As a peacemaker, he offered them promotional Champagne glasses.
According to G., Corden was kind to him but rude to the server. Despite being severely upset, M.K. finished her duty in a professional manner.
McNally previously admitted to Page Six that he “resisted” making public the allegations against Corden but “did so out of loyalty to restaurant servers globally.”
