Jamie Lee Curtis may not have taken home a Golden Globe last week, but she was undoubtedly in the winning mood and ecstatic for Michelle Yeoh, who she co-starred with in “Everything Everywhere All at Once.”
Yeoh, 60, covered her face with her hands when the Best Actress in a Motion Picture — Comedy or Musical award was revealed, to which Curtis, 64, cheered and yelled.
Yeoh later immortalized the incident on a T-shirt. Curtis posted a photo of herself wearing the shirt on Instagram on Saturday, writing, “I’m still stunned that a moment of natural exuberance and joy became some sort of a symbol for women supporting other women.”

She claimed the shirt was a gift from the “Everything Everywhere All at Once” team and features the phrase “Friends Supporting Friends.” Yeoh gave an emotional acceptance speech while walking the red carpet in a gorgeous blue sequin Armani Privé gown.
“I recall that before I arrived in Hollywood, it was a dream come true because look at this face. When I arrived, I was informed that I was a minority. She continued, “I told you, ‘I know that’s not feasible.

Viewers pleaded with Curtis to sell the garment for charity because they adored the expression on her face. “I can’t think of anyone better suited to be a symbol of women supporting women,” one commenter commented.
And Curtis hasn’t just been standing out for women—she has also been promoting so-called nepotism babies in Hollywood due to a widely circulated New York magazine piece criticizing famous kids with famous parents.
