Are you hoping to improve your physical fitness before the summer ends? Then you definitely need to check out the newest program that Joel Freeman has created, which is called LIIFT MORE. This program is ideal for individuals who want to see results in a short period of time. You will be able to observe significant changes in both your physical appearance and your level of fitness after only eight weeks have passed.
A few years ago, Beachbody introduced a program called LIIFT4 that combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and weight lifting in order to burn fat and build lean, toned muscle. Because of this, Beachbody gave Joel Freeman the commission to develop LIIFT MORE, which is scheduled to be released in August.
LIIFT5 places a primary emphasis on lifting rather than high-intensity interval training (HITT), but it still promises the same benefits in terms of weight loss and muscle tone as LIIFT4 did. The fact that LIIFT4 included both an approachable strength training component as well as a high-intensity interval training component contributed to the fact that it became one of the most popular programs that Beachbody On Demand has ever offered. Continue reading to find out everything there is to know about this incredible program.
What Is LIIFT MORE?
People who love lifting will like this simple workout plan for the whole body. To help users gain muscle, lose weight, and achieve a shredded body in just eight weeks, LIFT MORE boosts the intensity of strength training, incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which burns calories, and concludes each session with core exercises.
If you want to get the most out of your workouts and maximize their effectiveness, you need an adjustable bench, which can be a real game-changer for your home gym by allowing you to perform more reps in less time while still maintaining a high degree of exercise variety.
But the most important thing about LIIFT4 is still that it is easy to use. It has no-nonsense moves that are perfectly timed and mixed with the right amount of traditional resistance training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to help everyone get results, whether this is your first time lifting weights or you have been lifting for years.

LIFT MORE Workouts
LIIFT MORE has 40 different workouts that are split into 2 phases. In Phase 1, traditional weightlifting days are mixed in with lift + HIIT days. The structure of Phase 2 is similar to that of Phase 1, but Joel changes it up by adding new training splits, more training volume, and more intensity.
At the end of every workout, you do a move that works your abs to strengthen and tone your core. There are also 9 20-minute LIIFT Express workouts for when you don’t have much time. Recovery is important, and the program has recovery workouts for both the upper and lower body.
LIIFT MORE Release Date
There are two dates for when new Beachbody On Demand programs come out. There is a date for “VIP Early Access,” and there is a date for “General.”
Both coaches and customers can use the VIP Early Access. To get VIP Early Access, all you have to do is pay for early access to the program you want. VIP Early Access costs about $50 for each show. If you don’t have VIP Early Access, you’ll have to wait until the program is ready for everyone. Usually, the release date for everyone else is about six months after VIP Early Access starts. The program will then be in the member library, where all Beachbody On Demand users will be able to find it.
On July 19, Coaches and Preferred Customers will be able to get early access to LIIFT MORE VIP. On August 2, general VIP Early Access will go on sale. Everyone who can use BOD will be able to use the program in late 2022 or early 2023.

The program lasts for 8 weeks and takes 30–40 minutes a day. On Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, there are three days off a week.
