Lumberton NC Walmart Shooting, On Black Friday, one person was shot at a Walmart in North Carolina, according to the authorities. According to the Lumberton Police Department, customers were exiting the store on Fayetteville Road as officers arrived after being alerted to the scene at around 11:25 a.m.
The alleged shooter could also be seen on surveillance footage leaving the business while it was being evacuated.
The victim was later reported to have suffered a gunshot wound upon arrival at the hospital. It is not believed that the injury is fatal.

According to officials, the shooting is thought to have been a one-off between two “individuals who know each other.”
Police have identified the culprit, who is still at large as of 2:30 p.m.
Police in Lumberton added that they were unaware of any additional injured clients or workers.
In a statement issued to WMBF News regarding the incident, Walmart claimed that it is “working closely with local law enforcement.”
The business added that the Lumberton location would be closed for the remainder of Friday.
