Manifest will return to Netflix for a fourth season, the network has announced. An allusion to the series’ pivotal Flight 828, a plane that returns to Jamaica with its passengers five years after setting off from Jamaica, was made at 8:28 a.m. on 8/28/2021. the two stars Josh Dallas and Melissa Roxburgh will be back for the last chapter with almost all of the cast (or two). In August 2021, Netflix and Manifest’s developer NBC were forced to change their minds when Netflix’s addition of Manifest to its service busted streaming records in the United States.
According to creator Jeff Rake in an Entertainment Weekly interview, “the show’s death and rebirth is quite meta, given that that’s the premise of the series itself. “Manifest” refers to the show’s main characters, who had been considered dead for years when their jet landed in New York City. Dallas and Roxburgh, a brother and sister duo, are the focus of the show, which follows them as they try to piece together what happened to them.

Manifest Season 4 Storyline
Because of the series’ focus on cliffhangers and mysteries, “Manifest” Season 4 was left in a state of limbo for much of its fourth season. The chairman of Warner Bros. Television Group, which produces the show, Channing Dungey, told Deadline that he was optimistic about the show’s future: Channing remarked, “We’d love to see the show continue on NBC.” If NBC doesn’t get back to us soon, “we’ll keep our fingers crossed.” That wasn’t the case at all. The sitcom was abruptly axed by NBC, setting off a furious backlash among viewers.
Many expected Netflix to bring the show back for a fourth season, given how well it did on the streaming service, but the company decided against it. Jeff Rake, the show’s creator, hasn’t given up hope for “Manifest” Season 4, despite the show’s current outlook. If all else fails, he may be willing to make a full film to tie everything up.
Ben Stone (Josh Dallas) and his family continued to face the trials and tribulations brought on by the callings in season three of Manifest. Saanvi Dahl (Parveen Kaur) aligned herself with Vance to investigate the tail of Flight 828, and Michaela Stone (Melanie Roxborough) resigned from the NYPD to focus on the tail of the jet. This happened as the passengers neared the end of their life span. A lot happened in the last episodes of Manifest season 3, including the deaths of Grace Stone (Athena Karkanis) and Cal Stone (Ty Doran) that will have an impact on season 4.
Season 3 comes to a close with two major events. Grace’s death is definitely the first. There are a lot of imaginative elements in “Manifest,” which is a show about the paranormal. Flight 828’s mysterious disappearance and reappearance have become a holy rite for many. Ben Stone, on the other hand, is a college lecturer who is skeptical by nature and relies heavily on science to find solutions. Ben’s wife’s death serves as a wake-up call to him that he’s dealing with forces (and people) that he never imagined.
