Midnight Club Season 2 Storyline
The attention of Dr Stanton is requested. Get back to us as soon as possible with your findings. The final scene of the series is a close-up of Georgina’s head, revealing that she has been hiding her true identity under a wig the whole time and is actually tattooed with the Paragon’s symbol.
To review, the Paragon was a cult that adopted a new-age approach to health and was led by a lady named Aceso. Sacrifices of human life were made out of a firm belief in the power of the five sisters, ancient Greek deities, to cure illness.
All the adults on the Paragon were killed except for one after a blood sacrifice the gods wouldn’t overlook.’ Aceso. Given her initial denial of knowing anything about the Paragon and then her casual dismissal of its practises and ideals, the fact that Georgina has any connection to the group is a significant reveal.
When Ilonka presses her more, she gets angry and defensive, saying that the teachings of the group are like cancer to individuals in need of hope. We have our speculations, but one thing is for sure: something huge is cooking, and we can’t wait to see what it is in the second season, should there be one. Shasta, formerly Julia Jayne, is a staunch believer in the Paragon since she attributes her miraculous recovery to them. Without her, it’s hard to imagine how Georgina might have survived.

A former Brightcliffe patient named Shasta claims her terminal cancer misdiagnosis was really curative because she sought out the hourglass’s teachings. After putting the lives of three more women in grave danger, she is locked up for attempting to repeat the healing process. It appears she is ill again.
We don’t think she’ll be deterred by a prison cell, and it looks like Georgina is prepared to stop her again if she tries. If the former occurs, Ilonka will have to take a side. She was a Paragon supporter for a long time (not the murder-y sacrifice side but the belief in its ability to heal).
Once Shasta’s genuine intentions and the consequences of them were made clear to her, however, she instantly switched sides. As Ilonka’s own death becomes increasingly imminent, will she make one last, frantic attempt to prolong her life? The future of Sandra is one such character that has yet to be determined.
She was, in fact, given an incorrect prognosis of terminal illness, and she and her family have since returned to Brightcliffe to continue her fight against cancer without her. When her friends need her, will she return to help them? That’s what we’re hoping for, anyway.
We’re also curious as to whether or not the shadow that follows them around the house or the old lady with the milky eyes are just figments of their imagination. It’s possible that they’re experiencing some unwelcome side effects from their prescription, but we highly doubt it.
