Divorce papers obtained by PEOPLE state that the 52-year-old TV personality and the 55-year-old former cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta agreed there is “no hope of reconciliation.” Defendant Hill has also stated that their marriage “is irretrievably damaged and agrees to the dissolution of their marriage.”
According to the terms of the divorce settlement, neither party owned any real estate or personal property during their marriage. They also never “shared any bank accounts or investment accounts jointly.” Bailey and Hill own and live in two very different houses. Both parties have declined alimony, and they will continue to use their own retirement and health insurance. According to the papers, the divorce is not yet finalized and the next court hearing is planned for January 5.
