According to sources, a famous high school quarterback who was involved in a car accident last night has passed away.
Nick Miner, a three-year starter at quarterback for the varsity football team at East River High School in Orlando, Florida, passed away in an automobile accident on Saturday night.
Miner was widely regarded as one of the states of Florida’s most talented quarterbacks capable of playing both offence and defence. The 6’2 quarterback finished his career with more than 3,100 passing yards and 33 touchdowns.’

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Miner, 18, from Orlando was the driver of a pickup truck when he was hit and killed by another car after stopping to help another driver who had become stranded on the side of the road. Miner had stopped to assist the other driver after seeing them become stuck on the side of the road.
