One-Punch Man Season 2 is currently almost two years old, yet there are no official announcements regarding when the next season will begin. This presumably has to do with the fact that the manga is still in the middle of its current arc. Despite this, it wouldn’t be far-fetched to suppose that the animation staff may perhaps start another 12-episode season (or one cour) (or one cour). With what’s been provided by the manga, there’s more than enough source material for the production staff to develop a Season 3 of One Punch Man.
Needless to say, it’s vital to remember where Season 2 left off. In the end, Saitama defeats Elder Centipede in a scene that takes place around December 2017’s Chapter 85 of the manga. Over 60 more chapters have been posted since then. All this is discussed inside the current Monster Association Arc.
While this arc is not yet fully ended, trying to convert almost 60 chapters into 12 episodes would be asking too much. The present story arc should be divided into no less than 24 episodes, which is the optimal course of action (about two hours). Only one cour of the Monster Association Arc can be told right now, but that’s all there needs to be.

One Punch Man Season 3 Storyline
Despite their importance in One-Punch Man season 2, the Monster Association was given scant attention in the second season. If we nod to the manga series as a reference, One-Punch Man season 3 will largely feature the Heroes Association launching an attack on their evil counterparts, with all the important S-Class heroes infiltrating their hideaway and fighting in face-to-face confrontations. We may therefore anticipate an action-packed third season that will feature multiple spectacular battles. We will also be seeing Saitama’s lack of screen time that will continue, and Genos may also be mainly absent in the next season of One-Punch-Man.
Only a few manga chapters remain to be adapted after the first two seasons of One Punch man finished the first 23 volumes of the manga. The plot of this narrative can take a number of different turns. The Heroes Association could be seen organizing a counteroffensive against their monster counterparts and seizing control of the headquarters of the villains. This leads to a series of one-to-one fights involving S-Class heroes like Zombie guy, Atomic Samurai, and Flashy Flash taking on some bizarre and amazing creatures from the Monsters Association.
The tale of One Punch Man Season 3 could possibly take a swing toward Gorou, an incredibly competent hero hunter. Saitama vs. Garou duel will add a twist to the plot. There is also a prequel OVA about Saitama. “One-Punch Man: Road to Hero”, the prequel OVA, was published in 2015. It was decided to build the prequel on a story that happened before the main story.
Punch Man Season 3 could return with Makoto Furukawa as Saitama, Kaito Ishikawa as Genos, Shota Yamamoto as Bearded Worker, Ueda Youji as Bespectacled Worker, Nobuo Tobita as Sitch, HiromichiTezuka as Commentator, SawashiroYuuichi as Mumen Rider and Yoshiaki Hasegawa as Eyelashes.
