It’s safe to say that Eddie Murphy is one of the greatest comedians of all time. He has been a part of the lives of several generations. If it was Shrek or Coming to America that made Murphy famous, his comic timing made him a household figure. According to IMDb, Murphy’s major break came when he was cast as a cast member on Saturday Night Live.
In 1980, he became a regular cast member and continued on until 1984. The characters he created while working on the show include a vengeful Gumby, Velvet Jones, and Mr. Robinson, to name just a few.
However, his prominence was accompanied by a number of personal problems. The Who’s Dated Who database lists a number of women that Murphy has been associated to during the course of his career in Hollywood, including Halle Berry and Mel B of the Spice Girls. Whitney Houston had previously been engaged to him, but the engagement ended before they could get married.
However, in 1993, he did tie the knot with Nicole Mitchell before calling it quits in 2006. During his 30 years in the entertainment industry, he made a purposeful effort to expand his family by bringing in 10 children—six daughters and four sons (according to Today).
A son, Eddie Murphy’s fourth child, was born to him and his then-fiancée, Paige Butcher. Today reports that the couple was overjoyed to give their daughter, Izzy, the opportunity to be an older sibling. Butcher is an Australian actress, but who else is she? The Big Momma’s House 2 stars met on the set and immediately struck it off, but they didn’t get married until six years later, according to the Daily Mail.
Paige Butcher, who told Vanity Fair that she began modelling at an early age, has always been a diligent worker.
After graduating from Santa Maria College, the mother of two maintained her career as a model. According to Heavy, she won a Cover Girl model search in 1994 and signed a lucrative deal with IMG as a result.

That’s All There Is To It-
Habitat for Humanity volunteer work shows that Butcher has a kind heart. Volunteers at Kids Enjoy Exercise Now, a non-profit organisation that aids children with physical and emotional challenges, are part of the model. That’s what she told Vanity Fair in an interview at the time “Doing good deeds has always been a goal of mine.
As a natural nurturer, I get great satisfaction from providing for the needs of others.” Even though Eddie Murphy and Paige Butcher have yet to select a wedding date, one thing is for sure – they probably won’t be openly advertising when they do, and they will need a big guest list to accommodate them all. For the time being, the couple seemed to be savouring their honeymoon period and wishing it would never end.
