Prey for the Devil Storyline
There is no doubt that audiences are ready for another supernatural horror film that lives up to their expectations. In the midst of widespread fear and an alarming increase in the number of reported demonic possessions, the storyline of “Prey for the Devil” centers on the opening of a new school that has been established by the Catholic Church.
They plan to teach new priests how to do exorcisms, and throughout the process, we encounter a young woman named Sister Ann who possesses a unique skill despite the fact that it is banned for women to execute exorcisms. Fortunately, when a professor sees her, he makes the decision to defy them and put everything on the line in order to train her.
Soon after, Sister Ann finds herself in the position of battling for the salvation of the soul of a little girl, whom she feels is being tormented by the same demon that had afflicted her own mother many years earlier. The connection between Sister Ann and her mother was explored in depth throughout Prey for the Devil.
It was shown to be fraught with difficulties on both sides. It is safe to conclude that Sister Ann had some level of trauma as a result of coming to the realization that the cause of her mother’s depression was something far darker and more sinister than she had previously thought.
Sister Ann, who is confronted with evil head-on, tries her best to fight for her mother and her love. However, she soon learns that she shares certain characteristics with the little girl, and she recognizes very quickly that the devil has her wrapped around its little finger.
