On November 12, 1989, Raymond Ablack was born in Montreal, Canada. As a kid performer, he appeared on stage as Young Simba in The Lion King at the Princess of Wales Theatre in London. The role of Sav Bhandari in Degrassi: The Next Generation (2007–2011), a teen drama series, brought him fame subsequently.
Ablack appeared in the online series Teenagers from 2014 to 2017, for which he earned an Indie Series Award in 2016. For his performances in Orphan Black (2013–2016), Narcos (2017), Shadowhunters (2016–2018), Burden of Truth (2019), and Ginny & Georgia (2021).

Ablack grew up in Toronto, Ontario, the son of Indo-Guyanese parents. He grew up in a competitive hockey league as a kid. Cassandra Ablack, Rebecca Ablack, and Jared Ablack are his three younger siblings. His co-star in Ginny & Georgia, Rebecca Ablack, is likewise a talented actor (2021).

Raymond Ablack Career-
Ablack performed in various commercials and adverts as a kid actor. The Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto cast him in the part of Young Simba in the 2001 performance of The Lion King. He stayed in the post for a year. Degrassi: The Next Generation cast Ablack in the recurring role of Sav Bhandari in 2007, and he gained international recognition at that time.
In total, he featured in more than 100 episodes of the show over the course of five years. Ablack also appeared on the television show Life With Derek during this period. According to the citations cited above,

Ablack played Gabriel in the Teenagers online series from 2014 to 2017.
Ablack earned an Indie Series Award for Best Supporting Actor – Drama in 2016 for his work on the second season of Teenagers. He was nominated for an IAWTV Award in 2017 and a second Indie Series Award in 2018 for his role in the third and final season.
DEA Agent Stoddard, played by Ablack, appeared in the third season of the critically acclaimed Netflix series Narcos, which released in 2017.
In 2019, he appeared in Burden of Truth as Sunil Doshi.
For Buffaloed he appeared with Judy Greer and Jermaine Fowler and Noah Reid and Jai Courtney opposite Zoey Deutch and Judy Greer.
On April 27, 2019, the film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. The Netflix sitcom Ginny & Georgia will include Ablack, according to Deadline in August 2019. On February 24, 2021, Ginny & Georgia made its debut on Netflix.

On behalf of Me to We and Free the Children, Ablack has been involved in several charitable endeavours during his career.
Five Degrassi cast members flew to Kenya in 2007 and Ecuador two years later, where they built a school, to undertake charitable work, respectively. In the fall of 2007, MTV in Canada released a documentary on Ablack and his castmates’ tour. In 2010, he went to India with the rest of the Degrassi cast to help build schools there.
