The Dukes of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle , will participate in Vax Live: The concert to reunite the world , a charity event to promote worldwide vaccination against Covid-19. It will be next May 8 in California and will have Selena Gómez as the master of ceremonies.
The macro-concert, which will take place at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, will feature performances by Jennifer Lopez , Foo Fighters and J. Balvin , among others, and with the participation of well-known faces such as Ben Affleck , Jimmy Kimmel, Olivia Munn and Sean Penn .
In addition to artists and celebrities, there will be the president of the United States, Joe Biden , the vice president Kamala Harris, the French president Emmanuel Macron and the prime minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau , among others.
Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, will serve as campaign presidents and deliver a speech to raise awareness of equal vaccination and urge countries on all continents to distribute the necessary doses equitably. And it is that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been collaborating for weeks with Covax, the organization that is in charge of precisely this.

It will be the first time that Harry and Meghan attend a public event after the controversial interview they gave Oprah Winfrey last February and that has cost them a total break with the British royal family.
