Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 13 will take viewers on the most bizarre turnpike ride yet, so get your E-ZPass ready!
The OG Teresa Giudice is back, along with longtime cast members Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, and Jackie Goldschneider (officially playing a much-speculated “friend of” role), plus two new Housewives: Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda. Bravo just released the trailer. Jennifer Fessler, another “friend of,” also joins the group through Margaret.
The teaser opens with a montage of Teresa’s wedding to Louie Ruelas, which will receive its own unique after this season of RHONJ airs, and a sort of eerie cover of the late Olivia Newton John’s “Magic.” The beautiful memories of that day in the “love bubble” are interspersed with dramatic previews of the events leading up to the big moment: Teresa and Melissa battling over family (what else is new?) and Margaret and Jennifer A. clashing multiple times (again, what else is new?) Additionally, Dolores is opening up more than ever before as her relationship with her ex-husband Frank changes as she gets to know her new boyfriend Paulie Connell.
The (theatrical) video continues for more than a minute before newcomer Jennifer F. breaks the ice by requesting a drink at a party to calm down “all the angry women here.”

More humor is then incorporated into the video as viewers receive their first look at some of the group’s season 13 antics. The new ‘Wives are also introduced to viewers, and Danielle is described as “very Jersey-Licious” by Dolores and as “over-the-top and extra… until you push me over the brink, then.” She pauses, slapping her palms together in a vaguely menacing manner.
Margaret describes Rachel as being similar to a “glamorous Tim Burton character” in the trailer. The energy that Rachel describes as “a total dictator mom” appears to be reflected in how she runs the group.
“Avoid involving me!” In the sneak peek, she yells at Jennifer A. at one point. “Watch what you f**king say!”
After Margaret’s shocking revelation that Bill had an affair years ago, the new season seems to focus a lot on Jennifer and her husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Bill Aydin, dealing with the realities of their marriage. According to Margaret, Jennifer is “on a downward spiral,” and she needs to “deal with her marriage.”
In one footage, she tells Danielle, “I am done with being a f**king chump for somebody who treats me like s**t,” though it’s unclear if she’s referring to Bill or another group member. There is a lot of internal conflict among the group, and there are suggestions that Jackie and Danielle and Rachel and Teresa are at odds.
Of course, the much-discussed conflict between Teresa, her brother Joe Gorga, and Melissa also draws attention, as evidenced by the numerous uncomfortable interactions between those four and Louie. As Jennifer A. adds to the drama and makes Melissa and a mystery man the subject of cheating suspicions, things often seem to take a physical turn (rumors Melissa and the man have denied). These remarks appear to be the inspiration behind Teresa’s claim that her brother and sister-in-law are unhappy, which severely irritates Melissa.
Teresa observes that Melissa achieved her wish this season: the rift between her and her brother might be too great to mend. However, viewers must pay close attention to see all the ins and outs. What does that imply for everyone involved’s future in the program? That will also be made known.
Does anyone want to witness Teresa and I reconcile before we break up any longer? Melissa said to ET at BravoCon, “Because I don’t. “I suppose we’ll have to watch how that develops and what transpires. Regarding family, we need a little time, and we’ll see.
In response to the suggestion of making a program only about her family, she remarked, “I’m not that like spinoffs. I’m not going to lie. “Leave me aboard the mothership, please. I feel like everyone who branches out begs to return. Allow everyone else to diverge. I’ll continue to be in place.
Despite how prominently it appears in the trailer, Margaret and Jackie assure viewers that Tre vs. Melissa will not be the focus of season 13.
“I think all the actual stuff happens afterward,” Jackie said. “I wasn’t privy to everyone’s scenes over the entire season, but from what I observed, it was more later on, so I don’t think it’s a complete season of like team A or team B,” the speaker said.
Teresa and Melissa were not the starting teams, Margaret reiterated. “Not everyone is going to be ready to watch that. I believe it begins as an emotional season. Many family-related issues. People are attempting to recover and repair before a mad explosion craziness occurs.
Dolores and Jennifer A. hinted at what would happen in those other plots.
Dolores said, “There’s a lot of different stuff going on. There are numerous diverse dynamics. You’ll see another side of me. You will see a portion of my serious relationship, which I am currently in. You will make new acquaintances and witness friendships start and break, and I honestly have no idea what will happen due to it all. Usually, I could tell. I believe it’s unpredictable this time. It simply isn’t.
We’ve got a lot more content, said Jennifer. “I think it’s funnier, which is wonderful because it’ll help pay for some of the drama in our show,” the actor said.
She predicted, “It’s going to be a murderous season.” “I mean, better than last year for me, for sure. Much better than the previous year, so I’m content with that.
Season 13 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will debut on Bravo on Tuesday, February 7, at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
