On December 10, police were called to the 1400 block of Greenbrier Parkway in response to a shooting that had taken place there. They discovered a crime scene in the neighborhood of the former Sears building. The person who is accused of shooting left before the police arrived.
There were no people hurt, and nobody passed away.
The massacre that occurred on Wednesday night comes about a month after a shooting rampage at a Walmart in Chesapeake. On November 22, an employee opened fire in the store on Sam’s Circle before turning the gun on himself. As a result of the shooting, six persons were murdered, and several more were injured.
