A new Alien-themed game is on the way to consoles, computers, and virtual reality platforms. It promises a “intense single-player, action horror game” setting experience. The creators of VR games like Creed: Rise to Glory, Raw Data, and Sprint Vector, 20th Century Games and Survios, claim that their unnamed project will be “an untold Aliens story,” taking place in the 57-year interval between the events of the first Alien and the sequel, Aliens.
According to the game’s official website, a combat-tested veteran with a grudge against the Xenomorphs will play the lead role in the upcoming Aliens game. According to Survios, the initiative will capitalise on the studio’s “expertise in producing immersive and genuine gaming experiences.” Unreal Engine 5 from Epic Games is being used to create the game. At the Alien: Expanding a Dark and Frightening Universe event on July 21 at Comic-Con in San Diego, according to 20th Century Games and Survios, further information will be made public.

Servios, a publisher and game developer, is working with 20th Century Games to create a new Aliens narrative. The new game is a single-player, action-horror experience for PC, consoles, and VR that is set in the Aliens universe. At the San Diego Comic-Con event, Alien: Expanding a Dark and Frightening Universe, further information about the game will be revealed. Even though Aliens is a well-known film, Survios has long worked on significant entertainment properties. The firm has produced games for Creed, The Walking Dead, and Westworld in addition to their original works.
In a news statement, TQ Jefferson, Chief Product Officer at Survios, stated that one of the reasons he joined the company in 2020 was to “create bigger, more ambitious games employing the biggest entertainment properties across console, PC, and VR platforms.” The distinct and horrifying universe of Alien is one that fans like immersing themselves in, making it the ideal fit for Survios’ track record of developing immersive gaming environments.
Luigi Priore, vice president of Disney, Pixar, and 20th Century Games, stated that the expansive Alien universe is full of unexplored stories and chances to develop captivating original games. We’re overjoyed to collaborate with a group like Survios that are equally passionate about Alien and introducing fans to fresh settings and experiences.
