According to the Metropolitan Police Department, 24-year-old Taylor Hackel was last seen on Monday on the 600 block of Jackson Street. This location is just a few blocks from the CUA’s Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
On Wednesday, it was discovered that she was missing.
