A look at the gorgeous, entertaining, and creative attire that attendees wore on the red carpet makes no awards night complete. The biggest celebrities in music wore their most stylish outfits to the 2023 GRAMMY Awards to walk the red carpet and celebrate Music’s Biggest Night. Here is a collection of some of our favorite outfits from the Los Angeles red carpet at Crypto.com arena, even though there are far too many amazing looks to feature in one article.
Harris Reed, one of Album Of The Year winner Harry Styles’ favorite designers, created Shania Twain’s whimsical black-and-white dotted paint suit and a big hat. Shania Twain is a five-time GRAMMY Award-winning country music icon.
She completed the ensemble with a long orange wig, making her the coolest cow witch ever. Twain informed the Academy that another chance to attend Music’s Biggest Night was “an opportunity to wear fantastic clothing!” Lizzo, a GRAMMY-winning pop superstar, made an entrance on the red carpet while wearing an orange-red floral cloak that framed her radiant face.

She unzipped the cape to show a stunning orange Dolce & Gabbana gown, her hair in a loose bun, and a matching flower in her hair. Shortly after their “hard launch” as a pair on Instagram, she also posed with her boyfriend Myke Wright, who joined her there for the first time. In addition to being nominated for five categories, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year, Lizzo made a triumphant return to the GRAMMY stage.<
The red look, high drama memo also went out to pop musicians, LGBTQIA icons, and 2023 GRAMMY nominees Sam Smith and Kim Petras. In a red top hat with lace covering their eyes and a puffy collar cape, Smith mimicked Boy George in preparation for their GRAMMY-winning hit collaboration performance of “Unholy.”
In the meantime, Petras was dressed in a short red puffy dress and a crimson veil. They walked the red carpet alongside drag queens Gottmik and Violet Chachki instead of the runway.
Harry Styles, the lovely pop king, appeared on the red carpet wearing a vibrant, dazzling flared one-piece by Paris’ Egonlab, which led Vogue to correctly declare that he “remains the king of jumpsuits.” A nominee for six awards this year, including Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Music Video, Styles performed once more on the prestigious GRAMMYs stage.

In a fiercely competitive competition, Harry’s House was named Album of the Year. Cardi B, a GRAMMY-winning rap queen, is known for her jaw-droppingly beautiful and avant-garde fashion choices, and her 2023 GRAMMY red carpet appearance was no exception. She was dressed in a gorgeous curve-hugging royal blue cutout Gaurav Gupta couture gown.

To stunning effect, the wires mesh shoulders of the dress defied gravity and transformed into a headpiece that hid half of Cardi’s face. She kept her makeup simple and accessorized with sparkling earrings to let the attention-grabbing dress and herself! shine. Taylor Swift, a pop diva with eleven GRAMMY awards to her name and who is now up for four more, graced the red carpet in a royal blue bejeweled two-piece long-sleeve gown.
She offered up vintage Swift splendor with a strong red lip, a pair of enormous sparkling earrings, and her brown hair pulled back in a bun. Swift is nominated for four further Grammys in 2023, including Song of the Year, Best Country Song, and Best Music Video. Doja Cat, a GRAMMY-winning pop/rap artist, served up dramatic glam in a black latex one-shoulder Versace gown with a long train.

Doja accessorized it with long black gloves, short hair, and a smoldering smoky eye. She received five Golden Gramophone nominations, including Best Pop Solo Performance, Record of the Year, and Best Music Video for “Woman.” On the red carpet, guitarist Steve Lacy embodied coolness with a black Yves Saint Laurent suit without a shirt, a dazzling brooch, enormous black sunglasses, a black handbag, and white pointy shoes.
He invited his mother to his big night, and they posed on the red carpet together wearing matching outfits. This year, Lacy’s outstanding album Gemini Rights and his huge 2022 hit “Bad Habit” were nominated for four Golden Gramophone Awards each. He had a performance at the GRAMMYs as well.
