That 90s Show Storyline
It appears as though Leia (Callie Haverda) will spend the upcoming season at the home she shares with her grandparents in Wisconsin. She will most likely come across a few familiar and unfamiliar faces during her time there. The teaser demonstrated that many things would most likely continue to unfold in the same manner as they always have. Leia’s life will be filled with comedic contrasts, with Kitty serving as a validating presence and Red as a disciplinarian.
The youngsters continue to spend time in the cellar of the same house in Point Place after going there to hang out there. Even the traditional shot of everyone sitting in a circle and taking turns laughing about being high was included in the teaser for the film. We even got a legendary threat from Red, who warned Leia that any of her friends who went into his room would get a foot in their a**. Red’s threat was directed at Leia.
However, many questions remained gvcf unanswered concerning the upcoming series. Is there still access to the Hub? When Leia and her friends go out, will they visit any punk rock clubs? Hip-hop performances? Grunge bands? Which boy bands? Or even made odd expressions like “wassup!” and “speak to the hand?” more widespread. The decade of the 1990s was a vibrant one in terms of culture in the music scene. Netflix has a lot of ground to cover in this regard.

Longtime viewers will be pleased to learn that series regulars Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp will be reprising their roles as Red and Kitty, respectively. This time, they’ll appear as Leia Forman’s (Callie Haverda) grandparents. Yes, Leia is the daughter of Eric and Donna. When the first show announcement came out, that was the biggest news. The rest of the cast for Netflix’s That ’90s Show has been revealed.
In addition to her eccentric pals, she will be taking the helm of the cast. Gwen (Ashley Aufderheide), Leia’s best friend, Jay (Mace Coronel), Jay’s best friend and Gwen’s older brother Nate (Maxwell Acee Donovan), Ozzie (Reyn Doi), a snarky, gay friend; and Nikki (Sam Morelos), Nate’s rebellious lover. As for the rest of the That ’70s Show gang, they’ll be back in full force, plus a special guest star. Supposedly, twenty years from now, Topher Grace (Eric), Laura Prepon (Donna), Mila Kunis (Jackie), Wilmer Valderrama (Fez), and Ashton Kutcher (Kelso) will reunite to reconstitute the original group.
Danny Masterson (Hyde) won’t be able to come along since he’s being sued for sexual assault. The good news is that Tommy Chong was brought back to life by the show’s creators so he can appear in future episodes of That ’90s Show. Chong’s role as Hyde’s pot dealer was a memorable one. His character evolved during the series from an initial resemblance to his stoner comedy persona from the 1960s.
