The A-List Season 3 Storyline
On Peregrine Island, kids congregate for Summer fun. Mia and Amber are the main characters. Their rivalry grabs and lasts all season. Amber can manipulate anybody she touches. Jenna’s meal looks bad because she touches her hand. She becomes the Midsummer queen. Mia meets Dev on Midsummer’s Eve. He never arrives. “I loathe Mia” is carved into the wood.
Amber and her deluded cronies tell Mia “pride comes before a fall.” She stumbles on a tree branch and finds a hand in the soil. Luka bows to her there. Luka has been stealing from their camp but needs Mia’s cooperation to gather resources in exchange for showing the island’s wi-fi signal. Mia calls Lily for help. Peregrine Island has no ferries. Someone died a year ago on the island. Midge had an accident the year before.
Alex, another youngster on the island, is dating Petal. They follow crying to a deserted cabin. When she checks, the strange shape under the cover is gone. We learn a few things about camp counselor Dave amid all this. He’s a longtime camper. Amber presses him and he claims he didn’t check for her.
Harry, the camp’s geek, explains the green lights. Drone. Mia encounters the same recurrent sign in the woods earlier in the season. The group rips off Lost’s hatch scene for scene. Alex and Mia confront Amber. Misery ensues. Luka saves Mia from Alex. Harry and Petal board the boat, while Mia returns to save Alex.
Amber advises Mia to jump off a cliff. Mia bites back and makes her think. Alex wakes up and stabs Amber with the antidote. Harry and Petal leave aboard the boat, ignorant that everyone is crazy. Mags tells Dave “they’re coming.” Midge has left Amber. Oh, no! Midge climbs the cliff. “You’ve done nothing.” Climax! The A-List is over. There’s plenty more going on, including love triangles and fighting, but perhaps this is enough for season 2.
