Season 1 of Tower of God, a Crunchyroll Original anime, was a tremendous hit with fans and achieved an average user rating of 4.7 out of 5 on Crunchyroll. A boy named Bam (voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch in the English dub and Taichi Ichikawa in Japanese) is trying to find Rachel (Valerie Rose Lohman in English and Saori Hayami in Japanese), who left to climb the tower on her own.
Reaching the top of the tower ensures that a person will achieve anything they desire but Bam, Rachel, and everyone else who climbs the tower will have to pass impossible tests and make horrific sacrifices to reach the top. Tower of God is based on the same-named South Korean manhwa (comic) published by SIU, the pen name of Lee Jong-hui, and both the anime and the manhwa have loyal followers worldwide. Of course, everyone is eagerly awaiting the announcement of the premiere date for Season 2.

Tower Of God Season 2 Plot
The plot concentrates upon the protagonist, Twenty-Fifth Baam, who has always led a solitary existence and has never seen the world as it is. Isolated from the rest of the world, he was only concerned by one woman, Rachel, who used to be his entire life. After the story, Rachael still wants to climb the tower.
In this series’ manhwa, the plot is told in a shonen style. There will be more electricity in the future as lead expands and gains more good characteristics. In the long, flowing episodes, Baam develops new powers and, as a result, learns more about his father. On his journey to the top of the tower, he learns a lot about everyone he meets.
The tower has a novel concept: whoever climbs it will accomplish their objectives: money or power. Rachael had a fantasy of seeing the stars because they lived in a region where there was formerly more seclusion, and she went on the tower’s journey to achieve her goal. Baam, who has affection for Rachael, also pursues her because he does not want to lose her only friend. They each have different goals, which are at the heart of the show.
The show is very similar to Hunter x Hunter, but it isn’t as genuine. Tower of God literature has an uncommon feel and style of thinking, as though everyone possessed a specific weapon that can even offer people a means of existence. The series tells the narrative of a place’s ambition and action. The main character, Baam, maintains his love for Rachael and chooses to mount the tower, where each step has a project to accomplish. Because no one can predict what will happen next, the series has a unique point of view. There is a lot of emotion and drama in each chapter of the show.

There has been a lot of positive feedback from fans about Tower of God Season 2. So far, it hasn’t been officially confirmed that there will be a Season 2. There has been no official word about a second season since Season 1 ended in June 2020.
It’ll have to be seen for yourself how far we follow Bam up the Tower in Season 1!,” Crunchyroll Director of Brand and Marketing Carter Hahnselle remarked to Anime News Network about the possibility of more seasons of Tower of God. We can’t say much more than that for now, but we’re happy that people all across the world are loving the show.”
Unfortunately, this statement was made in 2020, and no new information has been released, while rumors persist in the meantime. Given the mixed reactions to many Crunchyroll Originals, it’s unclear whether or not there will be another season of the Tower of God anime.
