After sharing a photo of himself in a Batman costume for Halloween, Travis Scott deleted his Instagram account.
It’s not the finest costume, but it’s not the worst either. Scott is one of the most popular rappers in the world, therefore fans anticipated a top-notch costume and poked fun at the brown colour. Also, given that he was standing next to two brown automobiles, it appeared like a deliberate choice.
Sadly, the internet felt he looked more like a cockroach than Batman, and the roasting started immediately after that.
Fan accounts republished Scott’s initial Instagrams, which included footage of him dressed as Bruce Wayne in a brown suit while overlooking his own Batman costume in the same colour.
The deactivation might be unconnected, but the timing implies that they’re linked.
As a result of a tight “no posting” policy at Kendall Jenner’s 100-person Halloween party, Scott attended the event, which was meant to keep the participants from being criticised for partying while the United States was seeing an unprecedented spike in COVID-19 cases.
We watched the likes of Doja Cat, Winnie Harlow, Justin Bieber, and The Weeknd disregarding social distancing standards via Kylie Jenner’s Instagram stories. Before the event, it appears that everyone who attended completed a quick COVID-19 exam. A lesson can be taught by just not posting at all.
After releasing a song called ‘The Scotts’ with Kid Cudi in August, Travis Scott hinted to the release of a new album called Utopia, which has subsequently been confirmed.
Scott recently teamed with McDonald’s to produce a ‘special’ dinner in the United States with the release of Christopher Nolan’s Tenet.
Our favourite responses to Scott’s costume and Instagram deactivation are here.
