On Wednesday, Donald Trump rejoiced that his Facebook and Instagram accounts would be restored in the “coming weeks” after parent firm Meta’s announcement.
Trump said that “such a thing should never again happen to a sitting President, or anybody else who is not deserving of retaliation” in a post on Truth Social, in which he also called himself the “favorite president” despite losing reelection to a second term.
