Tuckahoe Road Accident Today: According to officials, a collision involving numerous vehicles and a Bee-Line bus claimed the life of a Yonkers police sergeant. Around 3:30 pm on Thursday, a collision happened on an overpass along Tuckahoe Road above the Sprain Brook Parkway, according to the police. While on duty, the sergeant was operating an unmarked police car when a BMW traveling the other way reportedly lost control and crossed into oncoming traffic.
According to authorities, the automobile struck the sergeant’s vehicle as well as a Westchester County Bee-Line bus. The Yonkers police officer, who had served for 24 years, was taken seriously and later died at Jacobi Hospital. The car he was operating contained simply him.

Police reported that the BMW’s driver was hospitalized as well and was in critical condition.
