The Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack game library will soon include Wave Race 64, according to Nintendo. Starting on August 19, 2022, Expansion Pack subscribers will get access to the game. There will be a global release of the game. Nintendo 64 jetski racing game Wave Race 64 was first made available in 1996. It is a Game Boy sequel to Wave Race.
Wave Race 64, on the other hand, was one of the first games to be released on the N64 console and featured 3D graphics as opposed to its predecessor. Notably, the game is frequently recognised with aiding Nintendo’s move to 3D computer graphics. Wave Race 64 received plaudits for its graphical realism at the time of its release and enjoyed commercial success. The game was later made available by Nintendo on Wii and Wii U virtual consoles.
All of the original game’s material will be included in its most recent re-release. This covers extra “Reverse” difficulties, a variety of rider attire, and even the dolphin-riding option. The game also allows for local two-player split-screen play. The game will enable custom Joy-Con button bindings, just like with previous N64 re-releases.
