American serial killer and s*x offender Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer (May 21, 1960 – November 28, 1994) killed and dismembered seventeen male victims between 1978 and 1991, earning him the nicknames “Milwaukee Cannibal” and “Milwaukee Monster.” Necrophilia, cannibalism, and the permanent retention of body parts, usually the entire or a large portion of the skeleton, were common themes in many of his later crimes.
Dahmer was ruled to be legally sane despite having been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, schizotypal personality disorder, and a psychotic disorder. On February 17, 1992, he was found guilty of fifteen of the sixteen murders he had committed in Wisconsin and given fifteen consecutive life sentences.

In 1994, while incarcerated at Wisconsin’s Columbia Correctional Facility, Dahmer was murdered by fellow inmate Christopher Scarver. All the information we have on Christopher Scarver’s whereabouts is shown here.
Who killed Jeffrey Dahmer?
On November 28, 1994, after serving only three years of a life sentence, serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer committed suicide behind bars. Dahmer was spared the death penalty since Wisconsin was the first U.S. state to do away with the practice of executions (in 1853) due to his horrific atrocities.
This prompted worries among officials that the famed killer might become a target among his fellow convicts. Because of this, Dahmer was kept in solitary confinement for the first year of his incarceration. Later, though, he was moved out of solitary confinement and into prison with 600 other inmates.
A few years later, in 1992, a fellow inmate attempted to use a plastic spoon to slit Dahmer’s throat. In the end, another inmate Christopher Scarver attacked him in the Wisconsin prison where they were both serving time, and he was killed. With a metal bar, Scarver, who was already serving a 25-year term for murder, crushed Dahmer’s skull in the prison gym’s weight room.
Why did Christopher Scarver kill Jeffrey Dahmer?

Christopher Scarver reportedly killed Jesse Anderson and Jeffrey Dahmer while they were unattended for 20 minutes on November 28, 1994, while cleaning the prison gym. In Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, Furly Mac’s character Scarver kills both Dahmer and Anderson by beating them to death with a weight bar.
Scarver allegedly attacked Dahmer because the cannibalistic serial murderer would mock other inmates by “fashion dismembered limbs out of prison food” and then drizzling ketchup on top to make it look like blood, as reported in an interview with the New York Post from 2015.
Scarver, who was 45 at the time, said, “He would position them in places where people would be.” “With some inmates and personnel, he behaved inappropriately. He wasn’t remorseful like some inmates, but it doesn’t mean he was a bad person.”
Why is Christopher Scarver in Prison?
Christopher Scarver was given a life sentence in 1990 for the triple shooting of Wisconsin Conservation Corps employee Steven Lohman. It was after Scarver lost his job at the same firm where Lohman worked that he allegedly started hearing voices calling him “the chosen one,” as reported by The Tab. In the end, Scarver killed Lohman because he requested money from a site manager and was only granted $15.
Is Christopher Scarver still alive?
Christopher received two more life terms for the murder of Dahmer, and he is currently incarcerated at Colorado’s Centennial Correctional Facility. During his time behind bars in 2015, he began composing and self-publishing collections of poetry.
Also, he has a son who was born before he went to jail and is now 27 years old. According to the publication, Scarver and his son were once estranged but now keep in touch through letters.
