In short, the Swedish series follows Prince Wilhelm (Edvin Ryding) as he goes to Hillerska, a famous boarding school. When he meets Simon Eriksson (Omar Rudberg), a fellow student, the young prince has to choose between duty and love. Along the way, a lot of other drama happens.

Will there be Young Royals season 3?
Netflix hasn’t said yet if Young Royals will be back for a third season or if it will end, but we should find out in the next few weeks. As we’ve seen, the streaming service keeps a close eye on how many people watch its own shows in the first month. Total minutes watched and completion rates are two of the most important factors in deciding whether or not a show will be picked up.
So, if you like Young Royals a lot and want to see more, the best thing you can do is help get the word out that there are new episodes. If Young Royals got the third season, it would probably come out in the fall of 2023, since there was just over a year between the first two.

Young Royals Season 3 Storyline
If Young Royals comes back, it’s hard to say where the story will go next, but it will have to pick up after the dramatic events of the season 2 finale. Since viewers have become so interested in Prince Wilhelm and Simon’s relationship through the episodes we’ve seen so far, the focus is likely to stay on them.
In the first season, Wilhelm had to choose between love and duty. This is likely to be a recurring theme in future episodes as well, as the young heir learns what it’s like to be a public figure.
Young Royals Season 3 Cast
We would anticipate Edvin Ryding and Omar Rudberg to reprise their roles as Wilhelm and Simon, as Young Royals clearly depend on their friendship. August of rnäs, played by Malte Grdinger, who is the rival of the two and Wilhelm’s second cousin, is another factor. In addition, Nikita Uggla and Frida Argento (who plays Simon’s sister Sara) (Felice). The return of any of the cast members has not yet been formally confirmed.
