Real Housewives of Salt Lake City: In the episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 3 that aired on December 14, Jen Shah discussed her time spent in the hospital following her failed attempt to take her own life. During the course of “High Stakes and Friendship Breaks,” the Queen Bee of Salt Lake City has a candid conversation with Heather Gay and Lisa Barlow in San Diego while they are on their lunch break. This is what the RHOSLC star had to say about the situation.
Jen’s Mental Health Was Harmed by the Shah Exposed Instagram
Chris Harrington, Angie Harrington‘s husband, stated on episode 3 of season 3 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City that he had created a phoney Instagram account in order to harass Lisa. “Shah Exposed” is the name that Chris gave to the account that was created with the intention of damaging Lisa’s reputation.
In a prior episode, Chris reveals to Meredith Marks and her husband, Seth, that he “in a really immature moment, as a 52-year-old man — please judge me later — but I made a phoney account.” Chris says that he hopes they will not blame him for his actions. During the second season of the Bravo series, Angie accused Lisa of spoiling the catering for her LGBTQ event, which led to the two of them falling out of favour with one another.
This feud carried over into the third season when Whitney Rose accused Angie of being involved in spreading rumours that Lisa was being unfaithful to her husband, John, in exchange for Utah Jazz tickets and to benefit their brand, Vida tequila. Whitney Rose also claimed that the rumours were spread to benefit their brand Vida tequila.

‘RHOLC’ Star Details Her Attempted Suicide
While production on season 3 was underway, Jen’s legal case, which concerns her suspected participation in a statewide telemarketing scheme, continued to move forward. As the real housewife describes in her essay “High Stakes and Friendship Breaks,” the pressure that she was under had an effect on her in more ways than one.
Heather, Lisa, and Jen choose to engage in a more peaceful activity, which consists of having lunch on the beach, while the rest of the ladies go surfing. To add insult to injury, this meal is anything but restful. It presents Heather and Lisa with an opportunity to confront Jen about the destructive conduct that she has displayed in their friendship. As the level of intensity of that discussion rises, Jen reveals something shocking.
She tells Lisa and Heather, “I was so depressed that I almost took my own life.” “I attempted to help, but your friend is a cruel monster who decided to drag me and my whole family,” the person said. Jen gives the following explanation to the cameras later on in the episode:
“I have always felt like I’m a pretty strong person. But when I found out about Shah Exposed, it came on a day when there was just a lot of negativity dealing with the trial. I got to the point that day where I was done. I locked myself in the bathroom and Coach was so scared he had to kick the door down because he didn’t know what I was going to do.”
