Chicago’s Katrina “Kat Tat” Jackson of “Black Ink Crew” and her hubby have been pals for a long time before they got together. Reality stars have come and gone from the Black Ink Crew series. For three seasons, Katrina “Kat Tat” Jackson featured as the host of the Chicago episode of the VH1 show alongside series regulars Phor Brumfield, his brother Don Brumfield, and her former sneaky connection, Ryan Henry.
Kat has advanced in her field since leaving Black Ink Chicago, but she did return as a guest performer in Season 6. We’re very excited about her new career as an entrepreneur and sister.

Jamie Collins is Katrina “Kat Tat” Jackson’s husband From The Chicago Season of “Black Ink Crew”
In April of 2023, Kat wed NFL player Jamie Collins. The reality star took to Instagram to break the news to her fans. With the remark “I’ve been so blessed,” she posted several emotional videos. I tied the knot with my soul mate. Our family came together in the most beautiful way to celebrate our union, and I got to see my new husband and my dad slap box and my dad and my stepdad drum.

Kat discussed the beginnings of her relationship with her current flame in an interview with Kat’s former castmate on Black Ink Crew: Chicago, Charmaine Bey. Kat claims that they were “friends for years” before developing romantic feelings for one another. Actually, he was in the pilot episode of Black Ink Crew. She went on to say, “I met him through tattooing in 2013.” Producers told us, “We want you to tattoo a celebrity,” when we were offered the show.
According to Kat, that famous person eventually became her spouse. She gushed, “Jamie’s always been super, super respectable, he was just always very strong-minded and determined.” Jackson Fredrick Collins, their first kid, was born in July of 2021, not long after the couple got serious about each other. Jakobi Lee Collins, the couple’s youngest child, was born the following year.
