Mike’s (Finn Wolfhard) Introduction
Originally from Canada, Finn Wolfhard (born December 23, 2002) is an actor, musician, and producer. As Mike Wheeler in Stranger Things (2016–present), he became a household name. Since the first season, the most consistent coupling on Stranger Things has been Mike and Eleven. For a time in season three, Mike was drawing away from El because of Hopper’s threats, but they have previously been separated by Demogorgan issues and other supernatural forces. Even when the other couples go their separate ways, the show always seems to put the two of them at the center.
El accuses Mike of no longer being in love with her as the couple works around their long-distance relationship in season four. His spring break visit to her was interrupted by a nasty argument with some roller-skating bullies, during which he swiftly uncovered the deception. El’s accusation that he no longer loves her makes him understandably angry, but El’s response escalates the conflict. Eleven are taken away by top-secret federal agencies after their struggle.
