Kayla Bailey, daughter of Basketball Wives actress Brooke Bailey, died in an accident, it has been determined. According to a statement made public by the Memphis Police Department, the 25-year-old was a passenger in a car that struck a tractor-trailer.
The Memphis Police Department has named Kayla, 25, and the tractor-operator trailer’s Julius Weaver, 38, as the victims of the 4 a.m. tragic tractor-trailer crash. Sunday on a highway section close to Hollywood, Tennessee,” read the statement.
The statement went on to say that “Vehicle #1, eastbound on I-40, impacted with its front, the back of Vehicle #2, which was stopped in the traffic lane due to crash at that point.” “The driver and passenger of Vehicle #1 were declared dead.”
Bailey has not yet offered his opinion on the specifics.
