Kroy requests that temporary and ongoing child support be granted, stating that he “brought the certain separate property to the marriage and sought an award of the same.” Kroy is also asking for the right to exclusive, temporary, and permanent use and possession of the couple’s house and the equitable division of any debts and responsibilities incurred during the Marriage.
Additionally, Kroy requests that his legal bills and reasonable court costs be covered. According to ET, Kim also filed for divorce on the same day at Kroy in Fulton County. Kim’s petition, which ET received, states that the couple has been apart since April 30.
Kim is asking for temporary and long-term child support and shared legal and primary physical custody of the kids. Additionally, she requests alimony because she is “dependent upon Kroy” for financial “support and maintenance.”

TMZ initially reported the split between Kroy and Kim. Kim, 44, and Kroy, 37, have twins Kaia and Kane, 9; Kroy, 11; Kash, 10; and Kim. During their marriage, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, were Kroy’s adoptions of Kim’s two oldest daughters.
Kim and KroyMarriaget publicly discussed their divorce. They first connected at a charity event in 2010 and quickly fell in love. Kroy was then a member of the Atlanta Falcons. The Real Housewives of Atlanta and its spinoff, Don’t Be Tardy, included the couple’s lavish Georgia wedding as part of their love story.
The foreclosure application was made two months after the couple’s Alpharetta, Georgia, house was removed from the auction market. The expansive six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home of the couple was scheduled to be auctioned off on February 22, according to the law firm of Brock & Scott, PLLC.
No new date has been scheduled for the sale of the house, according to the legal firm, which declined to give a reason for the cancellation. The home was designed to be sold at auction by Truist Bank on March 7 at the Fulton County Courthouse, according to a notice of foreclosure lodged in Fulton County in February.
As stated in the notice of foreclosure, the foreclosure was brought on by Kim and Kroy’s failure on the $1.65 million loan they obtained to purchase the house on October 23, 2012, as reported by ET.
