The TV personality, whose true name was Jacklyn Smith, was best known for co-starring with Nick Cannon on the MTV sketch comedy series “Wild n Out,” but she went tragically earlier this year at the young age of 32.

Ms. Jacky Oh!, a former “Wild ‘N Out” performer, passed away. She was 32 years old. On Thursday, “Wild ‘N Out” announced the information on the show’s Instagram page.
The Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s Office has now confirmed to People that she passed away during a cosmetic operation even though a cause of death had not been declared.

According to a since-deleted social media post, the MTV “Wild ‘N Out” star passed away in Miami, where she apparently traveled for a “mommy makeover” operation. Her death’s cause is still unknown.

According to a Miami Police Department incident report obtained by The Times, Jacky Oh, formerly known as Jacklyn Smith, was staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Downtown/Brickell when she was discovered unconscious on the evening of May 31.
She was taken to Mercy Hospital after police were called, but despite their best attempts, she was declared dead just before midnight. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.

A mommy makeover involves a variety of operations customized to the patient’s wishes, including a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, breast lift, liposuction, and vaginal rejuvenation surgery, according to Stanford Medicine. The usual mother makeover, however, includes a tummy tuck and breast augmentation.
DC Young Fly and Smith had been dating since 2015. They first connected while appearing together in “Wild ‘N Out.” Smith had been a “Wild ‘N Out girl” for two seasons at the time, while DC Young Fly had just started out on the hip-hop variety show. The Nova, Nala, and Prince were the couple’s three children.

Smith talked openly about her pregnancy, her love for her kids, and the pressure to get back to normal after having kids in a 2017 interview with DJ Smallz Eyes.
“I looked in the mirror and said, damn I need to lose some damn weight, because my stomach lookin’ crazy, but ya know it happens, I had a baby,” she said.
