The reason behind Lance Reddick death has been made public. According to his death certificate, which TMZ received on Thursday, the late “Wire” star had two heart conditions: ischemic heart disease and atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. According to the American Heart Association, ischemia is a situation in which blood flow and oxygen are diminished or restricted in a particular area of the body.
According to the Mayo Clinic, arteriosclerosis happens when “blood arteries that carry oxygen and nutrients from the heart to the rest of the body become thick and inflexible,” occasionally preventing blood flow to the organs and tissues. A heart attack or stroke may be brought on by the clots.
On March 17, Reddick’s body was discovered at his Studio City, California, residence. He had reached age 60. Earlier, law enforcement sources told TMZ that the actor passed away from “natural causes.” Reddick passed away while he was still employed and very occupied.
